Harry OrchardHarry Orchard, Chief Executive Officer

Harry has spent nearly twenty years in the computer hardware and software technology fields. In the mid 1990s he led the business development activities of Silicon Graphics (SGI), a Fortune 500 computer manufacturer. He founded Net-Re.com, an Internet-based exchange for reinsurance contracts. After selling Net-Re, he led business development for Envive, a venture-backed software company based in Mountain View, CA. In 2003, Harry moved to St. Louis and took on the role of VP of Business Development for Appistry, an early innovator in cloud computing software. Most recently Harry served as CFO and VP of Business Development for Grove Instruments, a NIH-funded medical device developer.

 

 

Terry BaderTerry Bader, VP of Marketing + Strategy

Terry Bader has 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur and over 10 years of marketing experience in brand management, PR, consumer promotion and marketing strategy. Terry was a founding partner of TRG Accessories, a travel gear company that developed and distributed products under global licensing and OEM relationships for Swiss Army Brands, Timberland, Callaway Golf, Lands’ End, Target Stores, Wal-Mart and others. Terry also co-founded Verimetrix, an endoscope testing company sold to Cantel Group in 2007. From 1989 to 1998 Terry was a regional director at WeberShandwick, a global public relations firm, and a brand manager at General Mills in Minneapolis, Minnesota and at Ralston Purina in St. Louis, Missouri.

 

 

Monsell DarvilleMonsell Darville, VP of Sales

Monsell Darville is the former VP/Marketing Director at Bacardi USA. He has spent the past two decades developing and growing some of the world’s most recognizable spirit trademarks, including Grey Goose Vodka, Bacardi Rum and Bombay Sapphire Gin. In his career at Bacardi USA Monsell led multiple new product development teams, directed the marketing and market development spending on Bacardi products. He was also a member of the Bacardi Global Consumer Leadership Team, a group that guided all national and international decision making at the company. Monsell brings years of industry experience, a deep understanding of on-premise marketing and close connections to many of the top marketing executives in the liquor and restaurant industry.
